My 94 year old Mother in Law has been having shots in her eye over the last year to stop the progression of her wet macular degeneration. 
Here is nurse Debbie getting her prepped. They do numb the eye before injecting it with an anti cancer drug that turns out to be beneficial for wet macular degeneration patients. Enjoy your youth every one.....no telling what you will be enduring when you get older :)
